An analysis of companies’ filing documents revealed a shift towards the needs of international patients, including access to skilled healthcare professionals, advanced treatments, and world-class facilities.

Moreover, the sector is driven by the availability of affordable and quality healthcare, improved connectivity, and ease of travel.

According to Misa Singh, business fundamentals analyst at GlobalData, companies are exploring various approaches, such as participating in international expos, expanding networks of medical referral agents, and licensing technologies to third parties abroad.
