Taiwan’s NTUH unveils app for evaluating chronic disease risk in elderly

The platform utilises wearable devices and an AI model for accurate evaluation.

The National Taiwan University Hospital’s (NTUH) Health Management Centre has unveiled a health management app to assess an elderly individual’s risk of chronic diseases.

The “Personal Health History and Disease Risk Analysis Platform” utilises wearable devices to collect personal life and health data, and an artificial intelligence (AI) model for accurate evaluation.

Moreover, the platform can provide suggestions for adjusting living habits based on the assessed risk level.
