Meet the speakers and panelists at the upcoming Retail Banking Forum in Jakarta

The Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Forum 6-city road show is now on its third installment, the Jakarta leg. The event will be held on April 5 at the Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, with thought leaders from Bain & Company and EY leading the charge.
Iwan Margono, principal at Bain & Company will talk about Loyalty in Banking in an Increasingly Digital World, and Liew Nam Soon, managing partner, ASEAN financial services at Ernst & Young, will discuss The Digital Banking Landscape: Rise of the FinTechs.
Andreas Kurniawan, retail business development head at OCBC NISP, will also speak about The Dilemma of Digital Transformation for a Challenger Bank.
Margono and Kurniawan also sit on a panel to discuss Indonesian banks' journey to digitalisation. They will be joined by Hermawan Tjakradiwiria, vice president and head of e-channel development at Pt. Bank Danamon; Jansen Simanullang, regional IT & electronic channels head at Bank Rakyat Indonesia; and Rajiv Madane, director of products & strategy at Fiserv.
