Retail Banking Forum 2014 kicks off in Jakarta, Indonesia

Asian Banking and Finance kicked off the first leg of its Retail Banking Forum 2014 today in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mohit Mehrotra, Regional Head of Financial Services, Strategy & Operation at Deloitte, is the thought leader of this year's forum.
Mehrotra tackled the opportunities and challenges that await retail banking industry amidst the digital and silver tsunami.
Tim Charlton, Asian Banking and Finance's editor-in-chief, also revealed the Retail Banking 2014 Industry Outlook in the forum.

This first part of the three-city forum was attended by senior bankers in Indonesia. Around 40 attendees from Bank Chinatrust Indonesia, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Ekonomi, Bank Mandiri, Citi Indonesia, Citibank, Commonwealth Bank, DBS Indonesia, HSBC Indonesia, PermataBank, PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), and Standard Chartered Bank flocked to Ritz Carlton Jakarta to participate in the event.
